A friend of mine of 25 years died peacefully in her sleep last night. Not a day sick and didn't even have a doctor until a friend talked her into a mamogram. When she went for the results they said they would have to give it to her physician. So she had to get one just to get the results of the mamagram. She was 88 years old a little older than me. She pushed and prodded me after I lost my husband. She had lost hers 3 years earlier. She would talk to me about Ed and I would talk to her about Mart. She pushed and prodded until I started walking with her against my will. Magdeline kept me going when I wanted to just give up and lay down. I stopped by one day and there were 2 little girls from her neighborhood, she was teaching to crochet. She started losing her vision several years back but remained in her house self sufficient until the last. She died healthy nothing physically wrong with her. What a blessing. This is in honor of Magdeline who probablly didn't realize what a blessing she was to so many others. I was honored to have her for a friend,

There are no words to describe how we feel about our Auntie Magdalen passing away. Mother is so very sad over her sisters' passing. We all know God will heal us as time passes. One never forgets a family member. Blessed are those who remember and pray for the souls of the faithfully departed. Alberta Schell Black and family.

Much goodness and love left the world with Magdalen. But she left a legacy of compassion, understanding, joy, and thoughtfulness. I loved her very much, she was my mentor, friend and companion. All my love to Eddie, Freddie and Josh and thier families.

Eddie, Freddie and Josh, What a great lady your Mother was. She had the biggest heart of anyone I know. For me and my family, she will always hold a place of love and devotion in our hearts. You can rest in knowing that she fulfilled God's mission for her life while she blessed this earth. I will miss her presence so much. May God be with you and your families during such a difficult time. Much love to all of you, Faye Lemmond

Had a short time to get to know your mother, did not take long to find out, that she was a sweet caring lady, was very proud of her family. Enjoyed listening to her stories of growing-up. Know she will be missed. She was very thankful for her son's and all that they did for her. Thank you for the short time with her.
