Blair Ingram, age 59 of Charlotte, passed away peacefully on November 9, 2016. The family is having a memorial service to celebrate his life on Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at 11:00 am in the chapel at Harry & Bryant Funeral Home in Charlotte.
