Mangika "Danny" Tuwamo

He was born July 29, 1961 in Kinshasa, D.R. Congo to Marie Miezi Sibu Tuwamo and Joseph Edward Tuwamo.

Throughout his life Danny enjoyed sharing thoughts of inspiration to his friends, he enjoyed cooking for his loved ones. He enjoyed beer and a good Carolina Panthers football game. He was a big dreamer who started his own business because he always believed that his family came first in anything that he did.

In addition to his Mother he is survived by his loving wife of 18 years, Beatrice Tuwamo; his two sons, Yannick and Stephen Tuwamo, his daughter Brittany Tuwamo; his other family members whom he deeply loved and cared for including: his five brothers, Axel Bakisi Nsimba and wife Elizabeth, Roger Tuwamo, Mavolo Gonde and his wife Emily, Keya Ngonde, Diasivi Gonde; his sister-in-law Nsansi Diasivi.

In addition to his father he was preceded in death by his nephew, Russell Nsimba.

The family will receive friends Saturday, March 20, 2010 from ____:_____ to ____:______ at Calvary Christian Church 3001 Kilbourne Drive Charlotte, NC.

The celebration of his life will begin at ____:______ after the visitation with ______________ Dr. Edward Robert officiating. Burial will follow the service at Forest Lawn West Cemetery.

McEwen Funeral Service Derita Chapel is entrusted to the care of Mr. Tuwamo.
