A native of Columbia, SC, Mrs. Hodges was born to the late Wilbur Smith and Bess Turner Smith on December 27, 1919.
Mrs. Hodges is survived by her daughters, Jeannette Pouliot and husband Stuart of Indian Land, SC, Faye Schollenberger and husband Larry of Gahanna, Ohio, Susan Hodges of the home; grandchildren, Jessica and Kevin Schollenberger and numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 29 in Evergreen Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorials should be made to Hospice and Palliative Care Charlotte Region, 1420 E. 7th Street, Charlotte, NC 28204.
