Mr. Bishop, age 59, of Charlotte, died Saturday, August 12, 2014 at his home. Born July 21, 1954 in Charlotte, he was a son of Robbie Pasour Bishop and the late William Clayton Bishop, Jr. Mr. Bishop was a truck driver.
The service to celebrate the life of Mark Curtis Bishop will be held 2:00 PM Monday, April 14th at McEwen Funeral Service - Derita Chapel with Reverend Emily Hartner, officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
Survivors include his wife of 19 years, Elizabeth Hendrix Bishop; mother, Robbie Pasour Bishop; children, Crystal Bovender and husband, Jimmy and Mark William Bishop; grandchildren, McKenna and Teagan Bovender; siblings, Robin Bishop and Kimberly Wall and husband, Steve; and nieces and nephews, Sarah Forrester, Adam and Elizabeth Bishop and Clayton and Erin Wall.
