Mr. Thompson, age 41, of Charlotte passed away Wednesday, December 21, 2011.He was born August 14, 1970 in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Marty enjoyed fishing and had a passion for cooking and an ability to make a great spaghetti dish. He was a loving son and devoted father, who enjoyed and relished spending time with his family.
Surviving are his father, Gary Thompson and wife Judy; mother, Marie Fuller; brothers, Randy Thompson and Chuck Thompson; daughter, Emily Thompson; aunt, Sherry Ransier; cousins, Harley, Michael and Wendy Smerz; and niece, Hannah Besse'.
A graveside service will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday, December 27, 2011 in Sharon Memorial Park.
