Mary Hall Norman

Mrs. Mary Hall Norman, 93, of Charlotte, died on Sunday, July 10, 2016 at Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center. She was a resident of Elliotte Manor of Charlotte, North Carolina. Born on September 29, 1922, she was the daughter of Roger and Ethel Hall of Charlotte. She was a member of Green Memorial Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Edward Norman, and by her sons, Michael and Larry Norman. Mrs. Norman is survived by her daughters, Barbara Simpson (Melvin) and Kathy Jones (Richard). She is also survived by five grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and one great-great-granddaughter. Also surviving are two brothers and two sisters. A service celebrating the life of Mrs. Norman will be held at McEwen Funeral Service at Sharon Memorial Park on Wednesday, July 13, 2016 at 11:00 AM with the Rev. Frank Jolly officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00 until 11:00 AM prior to the service. Interment will follow at Sharon Memorial Park.
