Julie was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, and had many friends. She was greatly loved and will be missed terribly.
Julie was born on May 3, 1932 in Middlesex County, New Jersey. She lived the majority of her life in Ringwood, NJ and recently lived in Charlotte, North Carolina. Julie is predeceased by her husband of 16 years, John Stanley Stadnick. They raised their six children in Ringwood, New Jersey. She is also predeceased by her mother, Theresa Ussia; father, Michael Ussia; and four brothers: Sam, Nick, Frank, Mike.
Julie is survived by her sister, Cathy, six children: Eileen Ignatoff and her partner Jeff, John Stadnick and his wife Ellie, Ed Stadnick and his wife Audrey, Mary Montes, Ray Stadnick and his wife Linda, Joy Loranger. She is also survived by her ten grandchildren: Rachel, Sara, Abby, Scott, Lauren, MaryElena, Lizzy, Faith, Avery, Brad, four great-grandchildren: William, Jacob, Isaac, Cecilia; and one soon to arrive. Julie also had many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends that were dear to her.
Julie graduated from Bound Brook High School. She had an early job as administrative assistant at Union Carbide. Julie was a devoted wife and mother, raising six children. She then had a career in IBM as administrative assistant where she retired in 1993. Julie enjoyed her retirement years in Franklin Lakes, NJ and Charlotte, NC. Over the years she enjoyed bowling, taking cruises with friends, playing cards, and mahjong. Julie was an avid Mets fan with a great sense of humor.
The entire family were so blessed for the many great years with Julie and the funny, witty, beautiful, wonderful, loving person that she was. We will miss her terribly, and are glad that she is at peace in heaven. Rest in Peace Mom, we all love you!
Funeral Mass will be held on December 19, 2023 @ 10:30 @ St. Catherines Catholic Church in Ringwood, NJ. Followed by interment @ Christ the King Cemetery in Franklin Lakes, NJ. In lieu of flowers please send donations to www.autismspeaks.org
