Dearest Cathy, Dennis and Kyle,

Words can not express the depths of my sorrow for your loss. Even though Matthew was still young when I left Park Crossing, I have vivid memories of Cathy being pregnant. His birth, and then the next thing I knew he was chasing his Kyle in the driveway.... Please know I have you all in my thoughts and prayers ..

Dear McCrory Family,

Deepest sympathies for your loss. Karolyn, Fred, Katy and I send our thoughts and prayers to you during your time of grief.

Remembering coaching Matthew, and watching him play soccer at Park Sharon, Charlotte United, then later at Quail Middle. He was a very coachable player, and always ready to do the dirty work in the goal. One especially fond memory is of Matthew leading Quail to victory over a strong Carmel Middle squad. The Carmel players walked onto the field thinking they were going to have an easy day, but it was not to be as Matthew, and his friends and teammates that had grown up playing on the Quail field carried the day. Matthew diving in the dirt, doing whatever it took to seal the win. Coach Early grinning from ear to ear.

Sincerely,

George Hudson

Dear McCrory family,
I am so sorry, what a cool kid Matt was. I have some fun memories of him and RICHARD together, you put Nate , Richard, and Matt together you would here some interesting conversations. I really felt admiration for Matt when he came to our house after Richard died,
That took so much courage for him to face walking through our door the door to Richards room, and talking with me about the great memories he had. I will always honor Matt’s legacy he was a stand up friend!!!
I will pray for healing for your family and always available to talk when you don’t think you can make it through the day.
Much love and my sincere condolences for such a huge loss.
