She was born in Mount Holly, NC on August 21, 1925 to Jacob Pickney Morris and Minnie Stella Rankin Morris. Ms. Harrington was a longtime member of Oakhurst Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Charlie Prentice Harrington, daughter Susan Gail Harrington; siblings Fred Morris, Paul Morris, Ann Springs, Mary McDonnell and Fay Griffin.
Ms. Harrington is survived by her children Donna Harrington Moses (Leonard) and David Harrington.
A graveside service will be held 2:30 p.m., Tuesday, October 6, 2026 in Sharon Memorial Park, 5716 Monroe Rd., Charlotte with Rev. Ron Helms officiating.
