A graduate of Plainfield High School in Plainfield, NJ, class of 1990, where he was captain of the soccer team in high school.
He enjoyed fast cars (Mustang GT's), playing practical jokes, cooking, watching soccer and his favorite football team, the New York Jets. Most of all he was a loyal friend and family member; and a devout member of Mission City Church, Charlotte; where he was baptised and loved by the congregation.
In the last chapter of his life, Milton was dearly loved and cared for by his mother and step-father, Carlos Hernandez, who dedicated their lives to caring for him. His mother continuously stayed by his side no matter what the situation. Because of the love and care of his mother from birth to his last breath, Milton cherished all the love and sacrifices his "Chulita" (mom) made to improve his quality of life. Giving him the chance to enjoy his life in spite of his condition.
In addition to his mother and step-father, Milton is survived by his children, Niko Anderson, Kingsley Anderson and Kenndra Anderson; his sister, Yessenia (Jimmi) Anderson-Gil; brothers, Malkom Anderson and Andre' Anderson; step-sisters, Juma Hernandez and Elizabeth Hernandez; niece, Athena (Nicolas) Suarez; nephew, Sciare Johnson; and his great-niece, Alessia Suarez DeLeon; along with numerous relatives and friends.
A Celebration of Milton's life will be held at 2:00 pm, Saturday, February 28, 2026 at Mission City Church, 608 Valley Dale Road, Charlotte, NC. The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm at the church. Condolences may be submitted at www.forestlawnwest.com
