Nicole Elizabeth Schieb passed away tragically on April 5, 2018. She was born to Philip and Deborah Schieb on July 13, 1990 in Burlington, Vermont. She was a 2008 graduate of Colchester High School in Vermont, and a 2012 graduate of the University of North Carolina Charlotte. Nicole received her bachelors degree in Criminal Justice.

In 2015 Nicole received the "greatest gift of all" her beloved son, Parker Wyatt Schieb "Bubbee". She loved going to the beach, and feeling the sand in her toes as she was a flip-flop fanatic. Nicole loved everything Disney , and visited the park frequently with one of her favorite memories being Parker's first trip to Disney World. She loved the opportunity of seeing the parks through Parker's eyes. Every corner she turned with him was a new adventure and the smiles never left their faces each day they were there. Nicole's favorite Disney movie was Beauty and the Beast.

She was also an avid sports fan, and she loved supporting her home team the Boston Red Sox, and her new hometown team the Carolina Panthers. Nicole was frequently spotted taking selfies, and pictures of her "Bubbee". She loved collecting shot glasses over the years, and amassed a collection from many states and countries.

Nicole was a tele-communicator for the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department. She loved her job, and took pride in keeping all of her officers safe.

Nicole will be greatly missed by all of the lives she has touched and will be forever loved by all of her friends and family.

Nicole is survived by her parents Philip and Deborah; son Parker; brothers Christopher (April) and Ryan (Dawn); niece Ashley, nephew Logan; and many other aunts, uncles, and cousins. She also leaves behind her beloved dog Sadie. Nicole is preceded in death by maternal and paternal grandparents, and her sister Jennifer.
