Norma Jean Reynolds

Norma was a graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School in Beckley, West Virginia, and continued her education at the School of Nursing at Laird Memorial Hospital in Montgomery, West Virginia. She dedicated herself to caring for others and was known for her loving and giving spirit.

Norma was a member of Bethel Presbyterian Church in Cornelius, North Carolina. She cherished time spent with her family and especially enjoyed family get-togethers, reading, cooking, and holidays. She was a wonderful cook and found great joy in bringing loved ones together.

Norma’s loving heart, generosity, and devotion to her family will remain in the memories of all who knew and loved her.

She was predeceased by her parents, Ira and Mary Etta Rotenberry; and sister, JoAnn Rotenberry Rorrer.

Norma is survived by her husband, William “Bill” Reynolds; her children, Mark (Debbie) Reynolds, Lee (Donna) Reynolds, and Ann (Jay) Henson; her grandchildren, Kyle Reynolds, Sean Reynolds, Alan Henson, Chance Reynolds, Lynn Henson, and Grant Reynolds; and four great granddaughters.

Norma Jean will be honored at a Celebration of Life on October 12, 2026, at 3:00 pm at Bethel Presbyterian Church, 19920 Bethel Church Road, Cornelius, NC 28031.
