Patricia was born Sept. 5, 1924 in Philadelphia, PA. She has been a Charlotte resident since 1956 where she raised her family and made life-long friends.
She loved animals and nature. She was a member of Charlotte Gem & Mineral Club where she served in several capacities over the years. She was a devoted member of First Church of Christ Scientists. She was a faithful volunteer for many causes including Discovery Place. She was the recipient of several Presidents Volunteer Service Awards. She had a contagious smile, laughter and joy for living that will live on in all who knew her.
Patricia was preceded in death by her husband Hiram Walker and daughter Barbara Walker. She is survived by her brother William Haibach Jr, son Scott Walker, son in law Derrick Flowers, daughter Kristin Henry, grand children Brittany Henry, Alexis Henry, Charles Henry and great grand daughter Scarlett Henry.
