

Priscilla Ann Montgomery, 76, of Charlotte, passed away on May 12, Born on August 14, 1949, in Charlotte, NC, she was the daughter of the late Clarence and Pearlean (Dawkins) Egleston. She was the wife of the late Bobby Montgomery.
A graduate of West Charlotte High School, Priscilla was former employee of Busy Bee Store on Beatties Ford Road and Catherine's Clothing Store on Freedom Drive in Charlotte. She was a member of Mt. Carmel Baptist Church, Charlotte.
Affectionately known as "Cilla Ann", Priscilla was The World's Greatest Tunk Player, she enjoyed listening to Luther Vandross and Al Green, traveling, joking, crossword puzzles, dancing, watching daily soap operas along with the Atlanta Braves. She also enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
Known for her infectious smile and willingness to help others; especially students from Johnson C. Smith University during her tenure at the Busy Bee.
Survivors include her daughter, Tracy Montgomery; grandson, La'Traez Montgomery; granddaughter, Denia Rushing; great-grandchildren, La'Traez II and Cassian; sister, Peggy White; brother, Leslie Egleston (Brenda); along with numerous nieces, nephews, relative and friends.
In addition to Priscilla's husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Kathleen E. Drakeford and Pearlalean Egleston.
