May 27, 1957February 9, 2021

Rheuben Parramore was born May 27th 1957 along with his twin Ruth E. Parramore in Newark, NJ to parents Rheuben and Mary Parramore. Rheuben attended Malcolm X Shabazz High School and graduated June 1975. After high school he entered the workforce and eventually joined the Army National Guard, while attending Rutgers University. Rheuben was dedicated to bettering himself and taking his career to the next level. The goal for his life was to start his own IT business and he did. Rheuben was a great husband, father, grandfather, uncle, brother, son, and friend. He will be missed by many but most of all by his wife Gale Parramore, his four daughters Tahsheika Nazaire (husband Edwin Nazaire), Lahteefah Parramore, Jasamine Parramore & Nikole Parramore (fiancé Larry Daniel II), five grandchildren Samiyah Parramore, Justin Bryant, Zymir Taylor, Jamel Joyner Jr., Zion Taylor and his siblings Tora Loretta Bell, Yvette Richardson & Yvonne Parramore, Vora White (husband Lewis White), Rosita G. I am shocked and saddened to hear of Rheuben’s passing. From the day Rheuben joined in Arch(United Guaranty), I was working with him and we talk once a week from 2012. He was always friendly and helpful. He was a highly valuable and respected member of AS/400 iSeries team. He was always more focused on the good of the company and the department than on his own benefit. He made many great contributions to the company and helped it move forward in numerous ways. His work here will not soon be forgotten.
Whenever I call him in the early morning hours, he will say I am taking my dog for walking Ravi, tell me what I can do in a smiley way.

I will miss talking and texting with him. Rest in peace my friend.

My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.

Here is 1 of my fondest memories of my dearest uncle rhueben. I believe I was in junior high. He explained 2 me he was leaving 2 go 2 the army. He said iyonda don't worry we have a strong family bond. I will come back 2 the family. I was so proud of him. I started wearing an army jacket. I felt so close 2 him.
Love always

I started working with Rheuben around 2012 or 2013, I was a Unix Engineer and he was an iSeries Engineer so we always joked about which was best. I loved Rheuben’s perspective on life and his devotion towards his wife and simply overall family. I will miss chatting with him. Rest in peace friend. Mike Culbertson

I am so heartbroken to hear of Reubens passing.. We meet many years ago as he is the husband of my dear friend Gale. The first time we were introduced he had brought red roses to Gale at work.. all the ladies said "he's a keeper"! And I had the privileged of attending their wedding. A devoted husband, father and grandfather.. he will truly be missed.
