Richard is survived by Helen, his devoted wife of 45 years. Survivors also include his sons Daryl, Doug, and Daniel; three grandsons, Jessie, Joseph and Evan.
A memorial service will be held Sunday, October 13, 2013 at McEwen Pineville Chapel, 10500 Park Road, Charlotte at 4:00pm with Reverend Father Todd Dill officiating. Richard was a member of St. Margaret’s Episcopal Church. The family will receive friends after the service.
Richard was born in Springfield, Missouri February 11, 1936, the son of Henry and Lela Graf. He owned and operated the U.S. Battery Corp.
