Roland Le, 54, of Charlotte, passed away at 5:36 p.m. at his residence on August 9, 2010 surrounded by his family and friends. He was born in Long Khanh, Vietnam to Van Tuy Le and Yen Thi Vu on October 25, 1955. He later came to the United States in 1975 and resided with his sponsor parents Shirley and Roland Lutz in Florida. By the early 80’s, he took residency in Charlotte, NC and was employed by Ward Tank Cooperation as a machinist for the last 15 years. Survivors include his wife Nhung Le; 1 son Viet Le; 1 daughter Kathy Le; 2 grandchildren; Darian Le and Alyssa You.
Visitation will start Thursday from 5:00 to 9:00 pm August 12th 2010 and on Friday, August 13, from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. at McEwen Pineville Chapel, 10500 Park Rd., Charlotte, NC 28210. Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 14, 2010 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 4929 Sandy Porter Rd., Charlotte, NC. Condolences can be made at www.mcewenpinvillechapel.com.
