Born October 17,1954 in Chicago, she was the eldest daughter of late Roland Norman Kissinger and Jeanette Margaret Kissinger.
Rolanda was a 30-year hospitality warrior. During her career, her responsibilities ranged from F&B, Sales and Catering, all in a managerial role. She was an instrumental part of the teams that converted, renovated and rebranded two Chicago hotels into the W Brand during the infancy of the original Starwood. Rolanda’s passion was to entertain, create magic and cater to all types of clients, including countless numbers of high-end celebrities.
Rolanda, will always be remembered by her infectious smile and confident personality and was the type of person, that if you met her once, you never forgot her.
She is survived by her husband Keith of 35 years; sisters, Kimberly Mahony, Claudia Logalbo; three nieces and three nephews; and her tuxedo cat, Star. She was preceded in death by her youngest sister, Melinda Palumbo.
