She was born on Jan. 29, 1933, in Whitfield County, GA, to the late Paul B. Clark and Reba Nancy Morgan Clark.
Ruby worked as a security guard for Duke Power Company until her retirement.
Survivors include her daughter, Paula Lewis, Gastonia; son, David Feimster, Charlotte; sister, Mabel Russell, Gastonia; six grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and cousins.
A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 4, 2014, at the Spiritual Guidance Holiness Church in Mt. Holly, NC.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Michael King; sisters, Sally Masters and Polly Lewis; and one great grandson, Dakota Scott Lewis.
