Ruby Jean Tucker CHARLOTTE - Ruby Jean Tucker, 79, of Charlotte died Thursday, December 3, 2015. A native of Independence, West Virginia, Ms. Tucker was born to the late Leo Jefferson Watkins and Violet Gertrude Stevens Watkins on August 8, 1936. She attended Trinity Church of the Nazarene.
Ms. Tucker is survived by her children, Tim Tucker of Kings Mountain, Elaine Lambert and husband Billy of Oakboro; grandchildren, Jerry Tucker, Ashley Tucker, Joseph Dalton, Audrey Dalton and 14 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held 10:00a.m., Thursday, December 10 in the chapel at McEwen Funeral Service, Derita Chapel, 6300 Mallard Creek Rd., Charlotte. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Thursday at the funeral home.
