India,

Words will never be able to express how heartsick I am at your loss. Rudy was such a good man, husband, and father. It was always clear to me how proud he was of you and of Kali.
Ben and I are so thankful that we got to spend that recent afternoon with the three of you. I can still see all of us sitting around the table, talking and laughing, and Kali sitting in Rudy’s lap. He had such a beautiful smile that lit up his whole face. I remember looking at him and thinking what a caring and attentive father he was. Ben reminded me that when we went to Rudy’s 30th birthday party, the first thing Rudy did when he arrived to the party was to pick up Kali and carry her around with him. She was very obviously the light of his life. And she carries that light that I saw in Rudy, and that I see in you, India.
There’s no doubt that this is going to be a hard road, but I know in my heart that you and Kali will make it. We’ll be praying for and loving you both every step of the way.

Mrs. Bryant,

I will always remember you and Rudy dancing together at Eleni’s wedding, and the way that he looked at you with such love and admiration. You raised a good man, and he touched so many lives. I hope you can find some comfort in how much he was loved, and how much he loved you. Never forget that there are so many of us out here praying for you, and for Ebonee, and for all of Rudy’s loved ones, that you all may find peace and strength in God and each other.

Much love to you all,

Tiffany Sullivan
