Sing Narybouth of Charlotte, North Carolina passed away on Sunday April 11, 2021 after reaching the age of 96 years old. He went peacefully under the care of his loving family.
Sing was born on March 3, 1925 in Luang Prabang. He served on the police force in Ban Houayxai until the communist invasion of Laos in 1975. In 1991, he was sponsored by his children to move to the United States where he continued to be a devout Buddhist and became a pillar of the community. Outside of dedicating his life to Buddhism and the locality, he enjoyed tending to his garden, as well as caring for the occasional wild animal that stumbled into his path.
Sing is survived by his wife, Kensy Narybouth, as well as 8 children, 16 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren.
