Sonia Concepcion Ramos passed away May 9, 2013. She is survived by her husband Carlos Rivera, daughter Stephanie, son Steven, three sister, three brothers and also by her mother. Sonia was a beautiful and loving mother, wife, sister and daughter. All who knew Sonia would agree that she would do anything for anyone. She always had a smile on her face and she loved to entertain. Sonia will be missed by everyone who knew and loved her.
