Sonya Michele Webb

April 6,1972 - February 2, 2025

Sonya, graduate of West Mecklenburg High School and previous longtime employee of American General Finance/Springleaf Financial passed away Sunday February 2, 2025 in Cherokee, NC a place she loved.....

Recently preceded in death by her, Father, Dwight "Ed" Summerville.

Survivors include: Rick Webb, and their son, Ty Webb (Midland,NC) her Mother, Maudie Summerville, and brother, Chris Summerville (Charlotte, NC) and his Sons: Austin (Ranlo, NC) and Zack Summerville (Dallas, NC) Aunt, Mary "Hun" Bare (Salisbury, NC) as well as many other loving family members. Special mention to one of her best friends, Chrystal Phillips for helping with the daily chronic pain they both shared.

Sonya was loved by many as she always lit up the room upon entering. Loved music and dancing and of course her fur babies, Bogey and Ellie Mae(and recently passed Harley)

She was in comfort on the Harley Davidson's and loved to ride to beautiful destinations including the mountains, beaches, rivers and countryside’s.

A Service to Celebrate Sonya's life will be held Saturday, February 15, 2025 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of McEwen Funerals & Cremations at Forest Lawn West, 4601 Freedom Drive, Charlotte, NC 28208.

An additional Celebration of Sonya's life (party) will be held Sunday, February, 16, 2025 3:00pm at Stooges Pub & Grub,13320 Albemarle Road,Charlotte, NC 28227.

With Live music with her son's band ,"The Sour",and special guest "Love Bug Junkie" as well as food and drink just how she wanted it......
