Susan Darlene Jolly Klutz

“Darlene”

Mrs. Klutz, 63, of Charlotte, NC, went into the presence of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, Tuesday, July 31, 2012 at Presbyterian Hospital.

Darlene was born September 22, 1948 in Charlotte, North Carolina, a daughter of the late Dorothy Plummer Malcome and Casper Malcome. She was a graduate of Harding High School and worked in the finance and collections department with Citi Financial. Mrs. Klutz was a member of First Church of God where she was active in the Women of the Church of God Missions. She enjoyed working with and creating ceramics, bowling and her two beloved furry children, Maggie and Cooper.

A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held 7:00 PM, Friday, August 3, 2o12 at First Church of God with The Reverend Ron Glaspy, The Reverend Joe Mullis and The Reverend Rick Baker officiating. The family will greet friends following the service at the church.

Mrs. Klutz is survived by her beloved husband of 43 years, Grady G. Klutz, Sr.; her two children: daughter, Regena McNeil and her fiancé, Joe Cannamela of Charlotte, NC ; son, Grady G. Klutz, Jr. and his wife, Vicki of Mooresville, NC; one granddaughter, Reagan McNeill; two brothers and two sisters: Roger (Georgia Ann) Jolly, Larry Jolly, Annette Current and Sherry Balut and a number of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Macie Belle Klutz and a sister-in-law, Barbara Jolly.
