Tom's charming laugh was infectious and his sense of humor unmatched. He had a keen eye for details, an analytical thought process, and strong opinions on politics. Sharing time with him at the beach once a year allowed us to appreciate his life devoted to his wife and family, his career so important to national security, and enjoying friendly conversations and laughter. Tom will be missed but always remembered as a caring, lively person who lived his Life to the fullest loving, and being loved by, his family and friends.
