T.C. was a veteran of the United States Navy.

He is survived by his wife, Debra H. Church; his sister, Melody C. Hoyle; and his brother, Lucky Church.

He was preceded in death by his father, Beryl Lee Church, and his mother, Vivian Corrine Barko Church.
