Vann D. Osborn

He attended West Mecklenburg High School, after which he joined the U.S. Marine Corp and served his country during the Vietnam War. He was self-employed and a member of Lynn’s Shag Club.

Vann enjoyed golf, fishing, playing softball, gardening, hosting Tomato Parties at Lynn’s Shag Club, time with friends at SOS Week in Myrtle Beach and spending time with his family.

Survivors include his children, Lori Osborn (Herschel Lowe), Leslie Turner and Michael Osborn; grandchildren, Colin Wilson, Alyssa Milam and Gavin Osborn; great-grandchildren, Xia, Hernon and Carter; brothers, Terry (Pam) and Danny (Pat) Osborn; a dear and devoted friend, Hope Carter; numerous relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Billy Osborn.
