Veola "Granny" Bivens Crawley

Veola enjoyed reading her bible, cooking and taking care of her grandchildren.

She is survived by daughters, Donna (John) Turner and Kathy (Joe) Burgess; son, William “Derrick” (Tracy) Crawley; grandchildren, Rhiannon (Brian) Herndon, Amy Burgess, Ashley (Kasey) Gabriel, and Lyndsey (Cameron) Cunningham; great-grandchildren, Malorie Herndon, Elijah Turner, Mason Gabriel, Gunnar Gabriel, Lilly Cunningham, Chase Cunningham, and Chance Cunningham; and nephew, Sam (Carol) Bivens; as well as other loving relatives and friends.

Veola was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, John Wesley Bivens.

Funeral Service 11 a.m. Thursday July 2, 2020 at Forest Lawn West Funeral and Cremation Service, 4601 Freedom Dr., Charlotte. Visitation 10 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home. Burial in Forest Lawn West Cemetery.
