Charles was preceded in death by his father William Lee Marsh Sr., mother Margie Mae Wood Marsh, sister Ruby Marsh, brother James Marsh, and grandparents Hurbert and Hattie Wood.
He is survived by William Marsh Jr., Russell Marsh, Barbara Huynh, and Linda Marsh, all of Charlottesville; Brenda Tibbs of Palmyra, Mary Ellen Wieburg of Lynchburg; and many nieces and nephews that loved their uncle Charlie.
Charlie had a love to care for horses. He worked at Polaris Farm for years and also at Parham Construction helping to build Walnut Creek Park. Charles loved helping his neighbors in Orangedale by cutting their grass and working on lawn mowers. He will be truly missed by all.
