David passed peacefully away to be with the Lord October 19th.
He was born and lived in the Charlottesville area all of his life. David thrived helping his mother manage, The Little Market in Batesville. He was a tireless worker and could often be found on his tractors happily maintaining their home property.
David was preceded in death by his beloved mother Violet P. Mawyer, his father Clyde H. French, and stepfather Massie W. Mawyer. He is survived by his devoted brother James W. French and Clyde H. French.
James (Jimmy) and his wife, Lynn, would like to thank Heather Rouch and her caregiving staff at The Laurels for all of their tender loving care, and for keeping the TV on Westerns!
Grave side service will be at Riverside Cemetery 1:00 Wednesday October 28th.
