Blair was born on September 19, 1979 in Charlottesville, VA to Wilson and Gilda Collins. Blair worked hard to build his own company, Collins Custom Carpentry. When Blair wasn't working he could be found in the mountains of West Virginia with family and friends riding his RZR side by side, or blasting through mud holes at mud bogs. Blair lived life to the fullest and had a big heart.
Blair is survived by his father Wilson and his wife Debra Collins; his mother Gilda Collins; his daughter Shyanne Williams; two grandchildren, Treyton and Coleton Williams; brothers Scott and his wife Jeany, and Bo and his wife Melissa; niece Krystal and her two children; nieces Maddy and Lu; nephew Derek; a very special uncle David Herndon; a special friend Renee Mohler; cousins (more like brothers) Mark Herndon and Billy Turner; as well as lots of other family and friends.
A celebration of Blair's life will be held at a later date.
