Mr. Donald L Crickenberger

Beloved husband, father, and grandfather, Donald Lee Crickenberger, 78, of Gordonsville, Virginia left his earthly home and went to be with the Lord Jesus Christ on Friday October 10, 2014 with his wife and stepdaughter by his side. Donnie was born on June 17, 1936 in Albemarle County to the late Lee Anderson Crickenberger and the late Dorothy Pearl Dean Crickenberger. He is survived by his wife of 41 years Barbara Jean Henry Crickenberger, one brother Curtis Crickenberger; two daughters Robin Canipe and her husband Tony, Trudie Town and her husband John; two sons Danny Crickenberger and his wife Lynne, Jason Crickenberger and his wife Suzi, one stepdaughter Sheila Williams and her husband Alan, and one step son Jamie Graves and his wife Lourdes; also six granddaughters, seven grandsons and four great grandchildren. Donnie served in the United States Army from 1954-1957. He worked for Settle Tire Company for over fifty years. He was a kind and loving husband, father and grandfather. He will be greatly missed. A memorial service to honor his life is being planned and will be announced in November.
