In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Florine, sons Louis and Henry and a sister Christine Wallace.
He leaves to cherish his memory his children, one daughter Luretha Dixon and husband Ralph of Charlottesville, Va. Sons, Leon (Angela) and Sammy (Roslyn) both of New Port News, Va., grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren, special friends Loretta Goins, Cynthia White and Linda Morris, and a host of relatives and friends.
A Celebration of his life will be held on Thursday, February 8, 2018 at 11a.m. at Teague Funeral Home, 2260 Ivy Road, Charlottesville, VA
The Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday evening 6pm-8pm.
