Heather was born on February 24, 1981, in Granite City, Illinois. She loved being a mother, wife, and big sister. Heather was always very positive and fun loving. She loved family gatherings, music, reading, all animals big and small, going to Church, and date nights with her husband.
Heather was preceded in death by her mother, Cynthia Elaine Parsons.
Heather is survived by her husband Ronald H. Deane, Jr.; children Savannah Rothney, Ronald Hezekiah Deane III, Reagan Elaine Deane, and Fayithe Grace Deane; sister April Dawn Marie Boucher; and aunt Mindy Paul (Parsons).
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 27, 2021, at 1pm, at Buck Mountain Episcopal Church Cemetery in Earlysville.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Hospice of the Piedmont.
