Family was everything to him and the children were his heart and soul.
An avid sports fan, he grew up playing football, basketball and baseball and was thrilled he had the opportunity to coach his children in both soccer and T-ball.
John's passion for music and art is something he will be fondly remembered by. His positive energy was contagious and his entrepreneurial spirit was vibrant. He was always excited to share his newest ideas with anyone willing to listen.
A lover of the outdoors, especially the mountains, he was always up for an adventure.
He loved to spend his free time with family and friends camping, hiking, canoeing and attending festivals.
John had a style all his own. He treasured his collections of music and arts merchandise and was always eager to promote local and underground artists.
Each shirt, hoodie, hat, poster and pin held fond memories and almost always a fantastic story to share.
Love radiated from John and he always strived to bring kindness, joy and light to the lives of those around him.
This was the kind of man who would give you the shirt off his back...no, more than likely he would just buy you a new one.
