Kathy was born on April 14, 1961, in Charlottesville, VA to Dan and Mildred Martin. Kathy worked at LexisNexis for over 30 years until her health begin to fail. She was known as a dedicated and knowledgeable employee and was a great asset to the company. Her infectious laugh will never be forgotten.
In addition to her parents, Kathy was preceded in death by three brothers;
Danny, Walter, and Jerry Martin, and sister; Janice Kennedy.
Kathy is survived by her husband of 33 years, Noah Hoover, brothers, Jimmie Martin (Becky) and Preston Martin, and sister, Sharon DeHart (Mike).
A memorial service will be held on December 1, 2022, 11:00 am at Teague Funeral Home, 2260 Ivy Rd., Charlottesville, Va.
