Hi Anne and David:
I saw the obituary in the Daily Progress relating to Millard. My condolences to you on his death. I enjoyed my relation with him over the many years, going back to the early 1980's. He was very ethical, a good businessman, level headed, hard working and a good family man. I remember once he did a deal with George Rennick, of George Rennick Buick, and I figured if he could out-deal the man with the sharpest pencil in Charlottesville, he could out-deal anybody. I know he enjoyed the trips to Florida each winter with Anne.
