Stephen Rozek

Stephen Andrew Rozek, 33, of Charlottesville, VA and formerly of Philadelphia, PA passed away on May 9, 2017. Stephen was born on November 18, 1983 in Evanston, IL to Thomas S. and Valerie Andrae Rozek. He graduated from high school in Chardon, OH. His post-secondary education included graduation from the University of Virginia in May 2006 and from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania in May 2013. He was formerly employed by Graham Partners of Newtown Square, PA. Stephen was an accomplished tennis player; winning the Division 1 Ohio state singles championship as a senior in 2002. He played on the Men's tennis team all four years during his time at the University of Virginia. He also loved to travel. Stephen was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Rozek, his maternal grandfather, Frederick Andrae of Pekin, IL and both paternal grandparents-Leo and Irene Rozek of Buffalo, NY. In addition to his mother, Valerie Rozek, Stephen is survived by a daughter Lilah Rozek, brother David Rozek, sister Laura Rozek Davis, brother-in-law Cruz Davis and niece Sadie Davis. His former wife, Lindsey Powel Rozek, also survives him as well as his maternal grandmother, Sharill Andrae. A memorial service for Stephen will be held on June 3, 2017 at 11:00 am with a calling hour beginning at 10:00 am. The calling hour and service will be held at Reformation Lutheran Church, 102 W Rose Tree Rd., Media, PA 19063.
