Special thanks to Dr. Dan Becker for caring enough to visit Tom when he was discharged from the hospital. Also thanks to the 8 West staff at UVA for their caring and professional manner during his hospitalization. Last, but certainly not least, a special thanks to the Hospice Staff (Mary, Megan, Suzanne, Cindy, Amy and others) for their loving kindness in a time of need.
