Wanda was preceded in death by her parents, Elmer W. Sprouse and Dorothy L. Sprouse; her nephew, Kenneth Morris, Jr.; and brother in-laws, Randy Wood and Billy Wells.
Wanda leaves behind to cherish her memory, her loving husband, Carl E. Frazier, Sr; her daughter, Jennifer Houchens, her son, Carl E. Frazier, II and his wife, Kaitlyn. She is also survived by her 6 grandchildren, Nick, Kaylee, L.B., Cheyenne, Addie and Braden; her two sisters, Miranda Wood and Vicki Wells; her nephew, Chris Morris and her two dear friends Chris and Bridget Hipes.
The family will receive friends from 6:00pm - 8:00pm on Sunday, January 19, 2025 at Teague Funeral Service, 2260 Ivy Road Charlottesville VA 22903. There will be a graveside service at 11:00am on Monday, January 20, 2025 at Holly Memorial Gardens, 3251 Seminole Trail Charlottesville VA 22911, to be officiated by Pastor David Morris.
Pallbearers will be Nick McDaniel, Travis Frazier, Gary Shaver, Christopher Hipes, Cameron Hipes, and I.C. Gibson.
