Beulah was born February 15, 1928, in Mt. Auburn, daughter of Clinton P. and Lillian (Traftzer) Craig. She married Lawrence D. Wright on December 24, 1948, in Carlinville. He preceded her in death on November 13, 2014.
She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Sheila Strukely; seven sisters; and three brothers.
Beulah was employed by Allis Chalmers and Horace Mann Insurance Company, retiring in 1990. She was a member of Cherry Hills Church.
Beulah is survived by her daughter, Debbie (Rick) Carey; grandsons, Ryan Carey, Eric Carey, Brent (Cathy) Strukely, and Ronnie Strukely; five great-grandchildren, Elijah (Delaney), Faith, Jake (Jazmyn), Isaac, and Haley; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation: Family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 22, 2025, at Butler Funeral Home - Chatham, 8855 State Route 4, Chatham.
A Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, January 23, 2025, at Cherry Hills Church, 2125 Woodside Road, Springfield. Burial will follow at Chatham Memorial Cemetery, Chatham, IL.
