Dennis was born April 30, 1952, in Springfield, IL, the son of Rodney and Doris (Hauker) Robinson. He married Jillayne Kaiser on November 2, 1990, in Greenview, IL.
Dennis was a 1970 graduate of Southeast High School in Springfield, IL. He was a warehouse manager for 7-UP for 30 years after which he owned and operated a lawn mowing business for 18 years. Dennis was a hard worker, was an avid NASCAR fan, and very much enjoyed his mowing.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Rodney and Doris.
He is survived by his wife, Jillayne of Chatham; son, Jason Clagget of Springfield; sister, Dixie (Jim) Mogle of Springfield; mother-in-law, Clara Kaiser of Chatham; niece, Tiffany Davidson; nephew, Brian Schroder; and beloved dog, Remy.
Cremation will be provided by Butler Cremation Tribute Center.
