She was born on June 21, 1938, the daughter of Denzel J. and Flossie E. Moody.
Norma graduated from Honey Creek High School in Terre Haute, IN and Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, IL.
She worked in food service for most of her life including 26 years as the director of food service at Doctor’s Hospital in Springfield, IL.
Norma was preceded in death by her parents; and infant brother, Ronald Moody.
She is survived by her twin sons, Bruce (Karen) of Lakewood Ranch, FL and Burt (Cheryl) of Chatham, IL; 4 grandchildren; 3 step-grandchildren; and 6 great-step-grandchildren.
A private graveside ceremony will be held at Fairview Cemetery in Kansas, IL.
The family is being served by Butler Funeral Home - Chatham, 8855 State Rte. 4, Chatham.
