Frankie was born in Edwardsville Illinois in July of 1960 to Floy and Dan Eilers. She went on to get her degree in behavioral sciences. Working with what she fondly referred to as her bunkies at the Missouri Institute of Mental Health. She also started her own karaoke business in St. Louis MO where she lived at the time. Dr. Frankiestien was a formidable performer and karaoke host. She continued these careers till she moved to be with her family on Cape Cod after the passing of her grandmother.
Frankie was the youngest of two daughters with a passion for family be it blood or chosen. Always the devoted daughter and ever the daddies girl. She had a very special bond with her father, Dan. She had many hobbies. One of which was watching professional ice skating, be it on tv or in person. She amassed a large collection of signed photos with some of her favorites. Giving many handmade gifts that she crafted for them. She was a talented quilter, crocheter as well as versed in other crafts. Frankie enjoyed the outdoors, camping, fishing, or just out on the family boat. Known as Captain Frankie on the boat, one best listen or walk the plank. She loved to bbq for a crowd and ensured when she cooked no one was left hungry. An avid StarTrek the next gen fan. Her love for Lieutenant Worf ran deep. If one was to speak poorly of him, she would not hesitate to let you have it in Klingon. Frankie also played a key role in her mothers line of champion collies. Helping to bring them into the world, raise them, and show them around the country. The Kalstorm line would have not been the same without her.
Frankie was preceded in death by her mother Floy Eilers father Dan L Eilers and her sister Dana D Eilers. Ending what was a formidable family line. She was the last of the Eilers. We will forever hear her sultry voice belting tunes, adorned head to toe in tie dye.
