Cathy I am so sorry for your loss. I remember meeting your Mom when I first moved to the Cape. We were heading to the movies on Main St. and she told us to stay out of trouble. I thought it was funny because you were a police officer "what could possibly happen". I'm so sorry you are going through this. My condolences to you and your family during this time.

We are really sorry to hear about Helen's passing. We will always remember her in the crosswalk protecting the children of Chatham. She was always smiling and giving everyone a little ribbing to keep them laughing. She had great stories as a police matron. Please accept our deepest sympathies.

Being the receptionist at the Council on Aging I will always remember fondly the "lunch bunch", Helen, Jenny, and Anna. We would always put them on our lunch and show program list to make sure we had plenty of room for them. They would dress in their "Sunday best" and join us for most Monday shows. I can see the three of them hugging and dancing in the clouds glad to be together again. We miss them all.
