Judith Clark Anderson Ward

She was born to the late LeRoy and Edith Anderson, 1935, in Newton MA. Judy grew up in Chatham with her late brothers Allen and LeRoy. Judy graduated from Chatham High School in 1953 and received a BA in Education from the University of Rhode Island in 1957. She married the late Robert Ward in Chatham MA.

Judy was a substitute teacher in the Chatham School system along with many other at home businesses. She also did home care taking care of elderly and one special child. She sang in the choir and was involved with many areas at the Methodist Church in Chatham.

Judy is survived by three children: Jeffrey and wife Alexandra Ward, of Concord MA; Charles Ward, of Chatham; and Richard Ward, of Braintree. She is also survived by three grandchildren, Morgan and her husband Chris,Schulyer, and Spencer. She is also survived by three nephews, Mark, Scott, and Joshua and one niece, Amy.

Her visitation will be held on Friday, April 8, 2022 from 10AM to 11AM in the First United Methodist, Chatham followed by her funeral service at 11am. Burial will be private in Seaside Cemetery, Chatham.
