Kevin S. McDonald, 62, of Chatham, passed away Thursday, January 9, 2014 after a year-long battle with cancer. Kevin was born March 4, 1951 to the late John and M. Christine (Flaherty) McDonald in Winchester, MA. Kevin attended Austin Preparatory School, Marquette University and the University of New Hampshire, upon graduation he began a lifelong career in the field of municipal government and had recently retired from his position as the first Director of Community Development in the Town of Chatham. Kevin is survived by his wife Ramona, his stepdaughter Kristen Holbrook and her husband Marc, his stepsons David and Stephen Wordell, his brother Peter McDonald and his wife Barbara, his sister Susan Davis and her husband Jim, and a large extended family of nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
