Allen was preceded in death by his wife Brenda Steele of 26 years; father Clarence Phipps; mother Edna Phipps; brother Clarence Wayne Phipps.
Allen is survived by his daughters Evelyn ( Wade Henderson) Burkhart and Linda Steele; sons Teddy Steele and Ray ( Michelle Sharp) McElreath; grandkids Jody Burkhart Kenneth Burkhart,(Renee Burkhart) Tim ( Ashley) Burkhart and Ryan Hunter; (Kristina Hunter) Tyler Hunter,(Heather Hunter) great grandchildren. nephew Jody Phipps and niece Patricia Phipps. You are loved and you will be missed family and friends .
